I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of the greater Homer area. I keep current of all transactions in these areas and having lived in Homer for 20 years.

Personal
Lana was born and raised on the beautiful Island of Kodiak, Alaska, 80 miles south of Homer.
Graduating from Kodiak High School, she married and raised a family while helping to run a commercial fishing business with her husband of 15 years. Her responsibilities included working as a deck hand off and on for years as well as handling the bookkeeping and financial part of the business. With two sons and a daughter, they spent the fishing seasons in Chignik and winters in Kodiak. Living in Chignik during the summer and combined with her love of plants and gardening, Lana added beauty to the lifes of others by operating The Forget Me Not Greenhouse.
When Lana's husband past away, she sold her homes in Kodiak and Chignik and moved to Homer for a fresh start. A great place to raise a family they settled into the community quickly. The family grew when she remarried, adding a new husband, his two boys and eventually another daughter.
Lana soon joined the tourist industry by turning her large home into a Bed & Breakfast. A passion for great cooking, cleanliness and a dedication to customer service, she quickly became a huge success. Tourist from around the world, family and friends all enjoyed the fruits of her labor for twelve wonderful years.
Ready for a career change, Lana went to work for RE/MAX of Homer as an office manager, then moved on to become a Realtor.
Having lived her whole life in the small towns of Alaska, she appreciates the beauty and understands the joys of living in such an awesome State. With 20 years in Homer, she knows the area well and is a wealth of information. Lana brings a life time of business and public relationship experience to her job.
